A Bubblegum Crisis / Discworld Crossover
Not Quite Coming Soon
Bwahahahaha. I'm going to have to go and re-read about Mr. Carrot again.
I'd all but forgotten about that book. Seriously a Discworld/BGC crossover
would be hillarious. Although this had Mr. Carrot i'd love to see Rincewind
end up there. I believe currently he's stuck in some weird universe.
Hmmm.... Have the Librarian try out a couple of spells to get him out. But
instead it turns him into a young man (Rincewind is way old. Be fun to see
him young) and then boots him into another universe. BGC universe to be
exact.... Oh well. If anyone is familiar with both series then i hope they
do a serious corssover.

Um, I think you're looking too much at the Josh Kirby pics. Rincewind isn't
old at all. He's young. He's a failed wizard. It says so at the start of
Colour of Magic. True, since then he's lived quite a while, but it's easy to
write that off if you consider what happened between "Sourcerer" and "Eric". The
only thing aging about him is his mentality; he's probably the most
accomplished "tourist" on the Discworld ever. That is, he's seen an awful lot
of stuff.
Actually, the current Discworld timeline has Rincewind on XXXX, Discworld's
equivalent of Australia. That happened after "Interesting Times".
My current fave for Captain Carrot interactions has to be in "Feet Of Clay".
Right at the beginning, when they're talking with one of the good citizens of
Ankh-Morepork, a loyal "tax-payer"? Now that was hilarious.
I think Carrot is probably better suited for a BGC crossover than Rincewind.
But that's just my opinion. As I said, if someone wants to take this up, then
go ahead. I haven't got any plans for a BGC/Discworld crossover anytime soon.
