   ACK!!!  I'd completely forgotten about this!  Well, thank you for the
(dubious) honor of making runner-up in this contest. ^_^  Jeez, I can't even
be the best at being bad... ^_^

Congrats to the winners, and apologies for the delay.

Now:  it's time for the 1997 contest.  The object is to create the worst
opening for an anime fanfic in the entire world.  Just an utterly evil
opening.

   Okay, how about this?  (Warning: Lemon content)

   The multi-tentacled demons had finally rounded up the terrified young
women and were about to do the dirty deed when they were suddenly
interrupted with a loud "Hold it!"  The demons turned as one to view a
beautiful girl dressed in what appeared to be lingerie with a yin/yang
symbol across her ample bouncing chest.  "I bear no enmity toward those
tentacled ones of evil," she intoned.  "No enmity at all!" She backed this
declaration up with a wink.  "But it is my duty to prevent the defilement of
innocent young women by such as them.  I choose to do it via exhaustion!
Get ready, demons, 'cause the 108th generation Mamono Humper, *Yohko*, is here!"

Have fun!  Oh, I think Matt and Kent are off the list now, but Harvey can
make a speech if he wants... :-)

   Nope!  I've been here all along.  I've just been real quiet.
