There's no page there, just a directory listing, but there's a directory for 
every month of Chibipop stuff (i.e. http://www.tokyokid.com/chibipop/april/ 
for this month's page).

The whole site is pretty nice (although it will probably crash non-NS-or-IE 
browsers, but this isn't c.i.w.a.h.).  Hitomi, how does that changing-
-background-colors option work?  I've been trying to do that on one of my 
pages (in one little section at the end instead of declaring javascript at 
the beginning, so that the rest of the page won't mess up non-javascript 
browsers).
