IS there anything in the Ranma manga or anime that actually SAYS Kasumi
wanted to be a doctor? (just curious, but it appears so much in fanfics and
I've heard that it was all interpretation because Kasumi was seen once
returning a book to Dr. Tofu)

Soun found Nabiki going over her computer records and keeping
track of the families investments. He had been surprised at first, but

finances these days is when it has something to do that will make Kaneda
mad, like how you had me 'convince' him not to get a motorcycle."

<snicker>

Nabiki laughed, "Do you want to talk about everything? It'll make
you feel better, and allow you to get ready for little brothers rather

Soun gestured, "While my son, Kaneda gets your luggage, let us go
inside where my daughters and I can talk."

Umm... I think this sentence might be missing something? Shouldn't Soun want
them to go inside where he and his daughters can talk *to her*?

So he missed the wide-eyed, surprised look that Ranko had and the
quick pull she did on her mothers Kimono. He also missed the quick and

Nabiki grinned as she noticed the girls expression as she rushed

And to top it off, she was so damn shy, her
voice quiet, her face usually down and blushing, and always ready to defer
to him in any way.

Sounds like Asuna in Maison Ikkoku (guess what I've been watching today ^_^ )

No one noticed, but Nodoka winced internally as she made that
statement. While it wasn't exactly untrue since her daughter had tended
to avoid boys at every instance, Kaneda was not the reason for it. It had
more to do with the honour the young girl had, and since she became a
teenager, her sexual preference.

Uh-oh......

(if this was manga, would crows be cawing in the background right about now?)

Kaneda shook his head at how very behaved and controlled Ranko
was, "I didn't mean anything by that. What I meant to say is that since

And this is almost DONE? It's going to be interesting to see how you wrap
things up in short order!

Well done ^_^
