Someone started one -- but it was never finished.  But IMHO, I think a
Ranma 1/2/James Bond crossover might be interesting...  I suggest you go
ahead and do it.

I'm glad you think that. I'm trying, but it's kinda hard to do. It's
only my third fanfic, but I've only posted one (it sucked, and I was
wired
on coffee when I wrote it at three A.M.). I'm currently plotting.
