Afternoon: Tokyo-3:

	*gasp*
	The shocked utterance was almost swallowed up by the sounds of a
middle school class in the observation tower, but both Ikari Shinji and
Asuka Langley turned towards the sound and blinked in suprise.  The jaw of
Ayanami Rei hung open as she stared out of the window with an expression
of visible shock.  As the albino's two fellow EVA pilots looked at what
should have been empty air they could only gape in astonishment as the
image of a dwarvish blond-haired girl with a jade sphere embedded in her
forhead dominated the skyline.
	#Please help us... Magic Knights!# pleaded a voice that seemed to
come from nowhere and everywhere.
	Then, for the three Special Children, the world went white.
