No idea, that's why I said unknown.

Although I can't speak for anything written by Japanese fanfic 
authors, since I neithe know where to get Japanese fanfiction nor am 
able to read enough Japanese to make sense of them, I think I can 
answer the question of where this came from in English-language 
fanfiction.

As far as I know, the person who coined the usage of the name "Tendou 
Kaneda" for the male Akane would be John Walter Biles, in the 
Elseworlds series. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
