I just wanted to post this poem that a friend wrote. I hope you enjoy
it as much as I did.
This poem is not mine, nor will I ever pretend it is.
 wild child
 .
thought youd seen the black light of dillusion
wild child in an empire of confusion
leaveing behind a dirty room
dirty clothes still leaft apon the floor
thought id leaft something behind
something that belonged at my side
nothing but a few strangleing words i havent said
leaft them on a note under the door
a signature a stamp and some footprints
finger prints where my oilyey hands invaded
burn in hell , burn in hell
i have noone to damn but an empty shell
.
facinated but not fooled by illusion
wild child danceing in a peach colored light
fearing wearysome , the dance slows and crawls
back with the spotted sun behind the horizon
down a mole hole with the fancifull and dead
fire burns and glows in the center slowly
black holes in the coals takeing lowly
and to speak to the fire of a puppetears conspiracy
of the weak wills with eyes turned inside
of the thin iron chords touring to the sky
mere witness to the working of weak wills
perswaded by the gentle tug of wire
innocently planted mistakes in a gods game of chess
dosconnected from the rest , we will not be in line to be blessed
spider balenced on a cloud
saying something but not outloud
.
we all live together
at the rise and fall of strings and tides
we all breath together
one man sees the red haze
the other calls it green
on man drinks the clear rain
the other calls it tangerine
one man speaks in clicks and small sylables
the other mocks him
.
could it be if one forgot where feet belonged they could fly
could if be it one forgot the need of air could breath without it
could it be , wait and see
wild child in an empire of dillusion
