No worse than the begining of Sailor Moon.

"Nurse Angel" comes in 2 blocks, the first block is the first 26 episodes 
which gets REALLY good towards the end.  The second block is the 
remaining 9 episodes, which are mostly filler and tying up loose ends, 
although the final climax is said be very good and with several twists.
