Okay, so after having brought up the Street Fighter question, 
somebody came flying in with the reminder of the fic-that-would-not-
be... A Ranma and Street Fighter crossover... again...

Walking through campus, I just put this little bit together. Bad 
premise? Maybe... bear with me.

    The trek was long. A little too long, but the clues had led here. 
Agent Chun Li stepped off the bus and onto a dusty road. <Nerima 
Japan, doesn't look too different from all the other places I've 
been>, she thought to herself. Tracking Shadowlaw had taken a 
downturn for MI6 as of late, and the only lead they had now was a 
shrouded man of mystery travelling under the name of Ryu - and he had 
disappered somewhere in the Tokyo area...

    "What creature of beauty has escaped my sight to this day! She 
will be in my company, Sasuke!" Tatewaki Kuno shot himself from his 
seat. His short ninja sidekick glanced up in surprise.
    "What do you mean master? As I gather, you are well-aquainted 
with every girl in Nerima!" Sasuke then quietly added a silent 
thought, <whether they like you or not... mostly not.>
    "She walks as petels of a rose drift in the air... I would date 
with her!" That said, Kuno raised his bokken and charged out into the 
open.

    Kuno lay on the ground, several footprints shaded his face and 
chest. He breathed heavily while Chun Li walked away. Sasuke stood 
slack-jawed unsure of what to do.
    On the opposite side of the street, another figure had watched 
the entire 10-second fight. Ranma thought that was the best he'd 
seen. <Could've lasted 5-seconds if she were more aggresive... more 
like Akane, maybe... but if she was more like Akane, then she wouldn't 
be as cute!>
