It was presented to our local Internet group meeting by Ted Goff, a local 
cartoonist; the author is Larry Feign, an American who moved to Hong Kong 
in 1985, then met and married a Hong Kong woman, and the comic strip 
contains many take-offs on that situation... as well as a number of sharp 
satires on the Chinese government. See? A comic strip/manga from the 
China Sea area... vaguely on-topic. :)
