I have to agree with you to a point.  We shouldn't be trying to censor
the bigotes little punk.  Instead we should be trying to counter his
attempts to censor and demean us.

What attempts? One may be tempted to ask.

U respond with a question. Why was his page designed the way it was? Why
is it linked to anime pages, why does it contain good pictures packaged
with such charmingly insulting links and text? Is his target audience
those who are looking for anti-anime sites or those who are looking for
anime sites? He stated (I'm paraphrasing of course) that he despised the
large number of manga nuts on the web and their eternal babbling over
their useless hobby.  Almost every part of every page was desigbed to
rile people (I must confess that the comment about such "disabled"
people on his dont-flame page made me want to use my white cane for
something other than avoiding trees!)  The point is that the content,
obviously designed to generate massive flames combined with the absolute
enormity of his "no flames" page leads to one very obvious conclusion.

The twerp wants flames.

He wants us to blow up all over his mangs-hating butt and be very
explicit and violent about it. 

Why?

What better way to get rid of the otaku you so hath than to beg them to
abuse you and then go running to their ISP and have their accounts
yanked.  Whammo war won and you look like the poor abused victim.

And folks, we've been falling for it.  As I posted earlier the page is
_not_ down as others have said it was. It is unlikely that Geocities
will yank his page unless someone can prove that he is intentionaly
trying to goad people into risking their accounts to come after him. To
all those that wrote polite messages to him make sure you have copies in
your "sent" file and that they stay there.  Uf he posts you as a flamer
and threatens you, my theory is proven and he deserves to have his page
yanked.  Thats not free speevh, that it ,alicious intent.  By the way, I
thought of this because I read in a Psych class with a section in hate
crimes that this is a technique used by the Klu Klux Klan to goad those
protesting their marches, publications, and events into getting
themselves arrested.

Best tack is to ignore him and rant all you want amongst yourselves in
the appropriate places.  That is the only point upon which I disagree
with Hitomi (If that was even really part of the argument).  Perhaps the
rants should either be strictly labelled spam on the ML or they should
be moved to a newsgroup r.a.a.m or something, but we have as much right
to dislike this guy and discuss that dislike as he has to his views.  

Personally I have no plans to even bother checking to see if his page is
up anymore (unless he gets anymore cool pics, in which case I plan on
grabbing them and running like a blind ninja!) I dont really care about
him, what I do care about is his attempt to remove me and my fellow
anime fans grom the net.
