Hello again,
It's me (strikes a pose) the Flashman. Nice to see you again.
I just wanted to update you on the progress of Trio. (I've gotten
some C&C on the Trailer and it's all been good.) I'm part way
finished and before I begin posting there's something I have to take
care of.
You see, last night I was visited by our three heros and after some
fast talking (and a lot of begging and pleading) I got an interview
with them to tell me what it was like to make Trio. (instead of
getting a Revenge Fic... Spring Of Drowned Girl style.) What follows
is the transcript of that interview.
TRIO: A TALK WITH THE HEROS
(Sailor Moon and Ranma are sitting on a large couch and Sayaman is
sitting on a plush chair next to them in a living room somewhere in
America. Flashman sits in his seat facing the assembled Animates.)
Flashman: So, what was it like to work on TRIO?
Saya:(After a LONG pause) It was.... different.
Ranma: Unusual.
Moon: Weird.
Flashman: I take it then that you didn't approve?
Moon: There are some parts that we could have lived without, but it
wasn't all bad.
Ranma: Yeah. It could have been worse and it could have been better.
Saya: Agreed.
Flashman: Your being pretty vague. Do you mind clarafiying?
Ranma:(Hotly) Jeez! Your the one who said we shouldn't give up too
much in this stupid interview!
Flashman: I said not to give away anything important, not that you
couldn't say ANYTHING about the story. Here let me give you a
question to clarify on. The trailer for Trio has already raised
several questions, chief among them being that Sayaman isn't from the
same time period as Sailor Moon and Ranma, so how did you three get
together?
Sayaman: Well, because of a battle between the Sailor Senshi and some
villains from something called "The Eclipse Syndicate" the three of
us are grabbed by some kind of Time/Space Portals and teleported to
New York. We have no memories of our past except for our names and
some knowledge of our powers. The main focus of the series is our
battles with the Eclipse Syndicate and our attempts to find out about
who we are.
Flashman: TRIO is going to have a lot of guest appearances by some
other famous characters, both Anime and American. Can you tell us
who is going to show up.
Moon: So far, scheduled to appear are.... Scully and Mulder, Sailor
Mercury, Ryoga Hibiki, Ghost Rider, Nodoka, Broli, Rubius,
Juggernaught, (shudders a little as she says it) Black Beet and
others.
Flashman: Sounds good. What was the worst part of working on TRIO?
(All three laugh.)
Saya: For me? I'm supposed to be the leader of the team and yet I
don't get as much space as (jerks his thumb at Moon and Ranma) those
two.
Ranma: Hey, I thought you said that you were happy with your part.
Saya:(shrugs) I'm just pointing a fact out to Dragon Ball Z fans,
that while I do get my fair share of time, yours is still a bit
bigger AND you get some of the really dramatic moments.
Ranma:(Sighs) Whatever you say. As for me, the worst part was that...
that... cat monster we have to fight. Man, I HATE cats.
Moon:(Aside) Remind me not to introduce him to Luna and Artimis.
(Aloud) My least favorite part? (Laughs nervously) There are two
actually. Believe it or not, having yet ANOTHER of the bad guys fall
in love with me. Not to mention that scene with the (shudders)
tentacles. Eww yucky!
Flashman: Any truth to "The Big Rumor" I've been hearing about?
Moon&Ranma:(Just a LITTLE to quickly) What rumor?
Saya: Uh Oh.
Flashman: So, is it true?
(Sailor Moon and Ranma are squirming uncomfortably and they shift in
their seats as they both blush and try to compose themselves. Big
sweat drops appear on the back of their heads.)
Flashman: Well, is it?
Ranma:(Turns to Sayaman) Gohan? Do you still have "The Thermos".
Saya:(Hands it to Ranma) Here you go.
Flashman:(A sweat drop appears on his head) Thank you very much for
your time and information, I'm sure TRIO will be a bigger hit because
of it.
Ranma:(Smugly) I knew you'd see things my way.
