I looked. And believe it or not - the only netiquette violation they
committed was threatening to email bomb people. The rest, while offensive,
is well within the limits of netiquette as it applies to web pages. If you
follow the links out, you will find it is a 16 year old in Germany. And I
am not sure, but it is quite possibly a 'tweak people's noses' page that
is not advocating a position that the owner _really_ is comitted to, but
simply designed to spin up some people he knows (a very teenager thing to
do). 

I'm a bit disturbed by a tendency I've noticed among some here to 'burn
the witch' for any percieved slight to the things they like about anime:
"He 'dissed my favorite character! Burn the Witch!", "I hate your writing!
Burn the Witch!" "You disagree with me! Burn the Witch!" "He doens't like
Manga! Burn the Witch!"

In each case the person is guiltly of breaking Rule #5 [1]: They have
taken themselves too seriously. Back off a little and regain some
perspective: THEY ARE JUST STORIES [2]. Ranma, Tenchi, Ami, Skuld, Priss,
Futaba, Usagi - each and every one of them are fiction. When I close the
book - the ink drawings don't go on about their lives. When I stop the
video tape - Godai and Kyoko don't go light up cigarettes and wait for the
curtain rise again.

I see an unheathly tendency for some here to lose sight of the fact that
this is simply recreation. If you are getting hot and bothered over
someone's story, or over the fact that some people are more than
indifferent to 'anime to manga' and actually dislike it: take a break.
Read your favorite book. Go bicyling. Make out with your Significant
Other. Watch all of Maison Ikokko in one sitting [3]. And go on with your
life. It isn't something that needs getting into a lather over.

[1] A well known Senator would take aside aides who were getting to
    caught up in their position and tell them that they had broken
    Rule #5: They had taken themselves too seriously. When the
    chastened aide would ask the inevitable question 'What are the
    other Rules?', he would reply: 'There are no other Rules.'

[2] Apologies to Hitomi. I am aware that some people believe that
    'Someplace, sometime, all the stories are real.' However, I
     think that they really can't be blamed on the authors:
     Even stories that are never written probably still exist,
     'someplace, sometime', IMHO. From that perspective,
     blaming the authors would be like blaming a TV reporter
     for a plane crash. They didn't cause it - they only
     documented it.

[3] Ok, so maybe this last suggestion isn't necessarily a good idea.
    You should should it it in a least two sittings or the hallucinations
    will be too distracting near the end [4].
 
[4] That's funny. I don't remember Miki marrying Godai and Yuu
    marrying Kyoko.... Rule 5. -_^
