Actually, I know my memory isn't 100%, but I am absolutely certain that
TCP _was_ released to RAAC in the first quarter of 1997. So I quickly
went and checked the archives, to make sure, and while there was a
directory set aside for TCP, there are no files in it. What's going
on? From memory, it was released early Feb, they should be there, and
therefore eligible. I'm certainly not saying I'm going to vote for it
(er... it's one of the ones I haven't read yet anyway, so lucky it's
ineligible, heh heh heh), but there does seem to be something wrong here.
I presume it will be eligible for the second quarters voting, all things
being fair? A problem for the RAAC people, I know, and I'm not truly
worried, but fair is fair, TCP should be eligible.
