You are, of course, more than entitled to your opinion, and this
post is just my opinion on things. Certainly, Happi's Delight isn't
the most morally fun thing I've ever read, but I don't think it's
fair to judge it unfit just yet, there is real opportunity to 
explore the dark emotions of helplessness, how far one should honour
ones parents, and how far one should honour oneself in this piece. 

I like to vent my feelings after the full fanfic has been written 
(Hi WebDragon!!!), and even then only jokingly if it's affected me deeply
(Hi again WebDragon!!!). I just don't think there's enough written in 
Happi's Delight to be dismissing it just yet.

Personally, I could do without that going into the hotel scene, and
what it implies, and the implications of what Happi did to Ranma right
after she got cursed. But then, in the full fic they could and probably
do have real purpose, real impact. Ranma appears to have either had his...
sorry, _her_ spirit crushed, or else she's showing impressive dedication
to family by not killing her father. I want to know why. I want to
see the full fic before I dismiss or approve it.

ShadowDancer, I am not going to judge this fic until I see more. There
is potential for some truly dark undercurrents in this thing. Quite
frankly, I think the only big thing that you could do wrong would be to
make it even slightly comedic, that would cheapen things, and its
something you certainly don't appear to be trying, so that doesn't
matter. Don't sweat it that some don't want you to continue this. 
Complete it, and that way we can all hunt you down later on... :)

(Besides, if I always payed attention to readers wishes, I'd have to write
more on that April Fools Day Darkfic I wrote. *shudder*, how can 
people want me to write more of that?!?!? You're all sick, sick, sick.
