It's a sarcastically-rude form of "you" -- it's a contraction of
"kimi-sama".

It's not the rudest form of "you" available, IMHO:  I think "temee"
gets that honour.

OKay, quick lesson.

KISAMA does mean 'you' and it is offensive in modern speech. BUt it used
to have archaic meaning in Japaneses. The equivalent of 'Thou' which is
why Kuno uses it in context to those around him.

TEMEE is more like a breath atttack to Japanese, that is you exhale it
angrily at someone. This also means you and is agressive. (WHy you
little...!)

OMAE- this is just a simple way to say 'you' that guys say, it is not
derogatory.
