In the body of the message place the word subscribe and remove all
.signature files since they will not be accepted as commands.

You will recieve an email back within two minutes which will have a
confirmation code.

Send the code exactly as given to majordomo@saigon.com

Then you will recieve a confirmation that you are on the list.
