Hrm... I'm not quite sure about sukebe. I guess it depends where abouts in
Japan you are ... But I'd say that it's between H and hentai ... But it is
what you yell at someone when they're doing stuff you don't like, like
the chikan on the train.

 esentially it works quite nicely as "dirty old man" (I'm not sure about
woman) and this becomes really funny in A.R.I.E.L. where 
 Sukebe becomes quite funny as it's also the acronim for the world-saving
orginization. 
 This anime also has the standards as the obligitory "budweiser" can shot
and the "Otaku" building (Gee, wonder what they sell there..." and a tiny
Totoro.... :)
