Well, accordsing to the timeline in the BGC RPG book, The first was in 1922
and the second was in 2025.

What are some of the districts of MegaTokyo mentioned in the series?
Especially the area where Priss lives and the canyon the quakes made.

Okay, this was on pg 146 of the RPG book under Megatokyo Map:  "MegaTokyo
is divided into 16 districts (rather than the 23 of its premellenium
incarnation), and each district serves as either an Industry Zone (such as
Yokohama or Kawasaki), an Academy Zone (like Setagaya), or a densely
populated Residential Zone (such as Ota)." ... "almost everything you want
is available somewhere in District 3 (Tinsel City)"  It also claims in the
same section that Priss's trailer is in Ota and the canyon is just known
as the Fault, though Timex City (home of Raven's Garage) is located in it.

Yeah, I know this is most likely on the web somewhere.  However, I'm off
from work today, with only my 8086 to plink away on.  I am NOT web
browsing around with Lynx to try and find this.  It's seriously painful.

Well, the RPG book is quite useful, though you can probably get this same
information from Panda's Raven's Garage page or Jeane Hedge's <gomen, I know
I just butchered her name> BGC pages.  Sorry, I don't have the URL's off
hand, but i believe both are listed in the FAQ.

Get this to me quickly enough and you might see another chapter of Slipt
today.  *grin*

Well, this was the fastest I could get it to you.  So... does this mean
if you don't get it out today, Mouse will have to hunt you down and give
