Okay, here are some Doctor Who questions for my BGC/WHO fic.

What was the name of the episode with the "apparition" that looked like
an older guy with glasses, who steered the TARDIS?  Sorry I don't
remember more...

What was the name of the episode with H. G. Wells in it?  I believe they
called him "Herbert" for most of it...

If anyone knows what episodes these are, or better yet has copies that
they can send me (for cost of tapes plus S&H), I'd much appreciate it.
