Well, when I went to france during spring break junior year (high school)
with my french club, I got a french gaming+anime mag (with DBZ on the
coverr by the way) which had a 16 pg Sailor Moon mini-comic as a pack in.
However, even with 5 years of studying French (4 high school, 1 middle
school) I still had no clue what was going on.  
Well there's my little anecdote.
