What you can say is that since he was reborn after the last story 
arc, he decided to stay in Japan until he and Usagi were married.  That
would be somewhat consistant since it is not known if he ever went to
collage in America after that.  Only that they got married with Shingo as
the ring bearer.

   At exactly what time after the defeat of Pharaoh 90 did Mamoru leave for
America?  How long did he stay away?

It starts during the last story arc.

By the way, I'm using the Manga, I'll send you some notes.
