(Basically, most animations with a good plot and a touch of romance.
Angst is bad, but then again, that's life... and KOR is full of it. ;))
C. Other Interests: Story writing as well as poetry writing. A
more or less balanced interest in both meta-physical subjects as well as
scientific ones. And model making is a new one on the list of
interests. Though not really the community helper type, Wing does like
to help out in private ways for individuals. And mainly, he will always
try to take the most off the wall point of view if one exists. IT's just
something he does.
D. Music: No real preference or dislikes. Have listened to the
spectrum of music from Alternative to Heavy Metal. The only thing I
really can't stand are those songs from Barney... -_-
E. Personality: Hmm... this parts a little hard to describe.
To the majority of his friends who know him well, he is a warm and
considerate person on the inside, even though to most knew associates, he
seems a bit on the cold and terse side, preferring to keep conversations
simple unless it's some kind of debate or theoretical discussion. Noted
to be a hopeless romantic by a couple of his friends, and about as
emotional as a stone by others. *smiles* In truth, he just needs to talk
more about his feelings and let them out. Preferring the silence in the
world, he tends to be rather meditative and thinks upon things with all
of his attention. A rather open and trusting person until struck by someone.

Appears to be rather thin, his eyes often glancing about as if on the

I've taken to assuming the worst; that way I'm not too disappointed when

are on the ML.

I'm not exactly shy about giving my opinion, and if I think someone's been

gave me my RL nickname for a reason. In my defence, I'll say this: I have
my own code of ethics, which I do my best not to break, I have never
deliberatly set out to do something that I felt would hurt a person
(physically or emotionally), and my nick was given more in affection that
anger.

wargaming (strategic more than tactical), science fiction, Calvin and

Fanfiction writing is also new. I've only been an anime fan about a year,
so its still sort of dominating everything right now. :)

Bohemian Rhapsody, just to give a cross sample. Oh, my favorite OP songs
of all time are currently (from most most to least most favorite): Nurse
Angel Ririka SOS (Bruce's sub of this song was a shock, it is an
incredible song, truly, startling how the words differ from the feel of
the song, almost shocking, but definitely increases its power), Gundam W,
and finally Fushigi Yuugi and Escalfowne tied in tight position behind
that.
E. Personality:
Umm, well, this is a tough one. I'm conservative in outlook, but moderate
in approach. I enjoy a good argument, but don't expect to change anyone's
mind. I can't stand watching the news anymore (either angry at biased
reporting or depressed by actual news). Have King Arthur/John Wayne in
the blood, i.e. a man has to be a man, chivalry should never die, etc.
Opening the door for a lady feels right. I tend to be a bit lazy, and
perhaps a procrastinator, but disorder makes me uncomfortable. I like to
simplify life if I can, but love richness of experience. I love animals,
but only if they are trained. My sister described my biggest fault (to a
friend who was single, female and cute - argh! :) as being selfish /
self-centered (umm, well, I act that way, but I'm 27, single, not dating -
well, who do you think about/take care of when you don't have your other
half to complete you and make you whole?). I'm a big fellow who secretly
cries while watching The Enchanted Garden, Mimi o Sumasuba, the end of
Maison Ikkoku, certain sections of Marmalade Boy and a lot of Fushigi
Yuugi recently. Inside there is bitterness, anger and deep sadness.
Inside there is a genle soul, laughter, and joy. I'm a Christian, and it
strongly influences my perspectives and outlook on life. I'm highly
analytical, enjoy problem solving, but still uncomfortable with PDE
(Publicly Displayed Emotions), though I hear being in love tends to put
one in a comfortable state of insanity that makes that and PDA very
enjoyable. I've never been in love (well, deep, serious love, I've
definitely had several crushes so far :). Many, many people tell me I'm
weird after they've gotten to know me, but I think this is because I tend
to be a fairly loud but quiet person, so just when they thought they had
me pegged I go and say or do something they weren't expecting.

5'11 3/4" (yes, it got up to 1/4" short of 6 feet and stopped - oh, well)

Ugh, well, 244 and dropping - I've decided on 220 initially (9 weeks to
go) and then 200 eventually. It's amazing how tubby one can get without
even trying. But the doctor said lose it, so that's what I'm doing.
H. Overall Appearence (i.e. hair color, eyes, race, whatever):
Blond hair (mostly), blue eyes (little bit of grey and hasel), a wild
mixture of Welsh/Scottish/English, my mom says I'm handsome (well, hey,
one would always hope that one's mom is right when she says this! :). No
facial hair (though I do get a 2 day stubble), hair gets curly when its
longer, and has a mind of its own, so I try to keep it abpit 1-2 inches in
length.

Four year engineering degree from Rensellaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy,
NY (4 years of continuous fun ruined by graduating in the "dip" in the
economy of 1991)

of growing up :)
