Among all the other stories, you forgot to list One Pound Gospel, which
she has been writing for over seven years, and Inu-Yasha.  Inu-Yasha's
supposed to be reminiscent of Fire Tripper, and has to do with a girl who
time travels to ancient japan and meets a man who is somewhat doglike in
his appearance. Their fates are bound together somehow, and I don't know
the rest, because I haven't seen it yet.
One-Pound Gospel is a great story about a young boxer who eats too much,
and his relationship with a young nun and his coach, whom he drives crazy.
More on the Maison Ikkoku side than her other stories (in terms of humor), 
but romance is a bit more low key.  good drama in the boxing scenes.

Oh yeah, you're right.  The end of Maison Ikkoku vol 6, no. 7 was a riot.
