Well, Nabiki had a couple of Ki attacks in the Variyah Cycle and since Kasumi
was under the influence of the same stuff that gave Nabs her powers, it's
safe to assume Kasumi could use Ki as well.

I've always had the theory that Kasumi acts as a sort of Ki-massuse...if
she directs her full attention on you, it's almost impossible to summon up
fighting spirit.

*chuckle*  I still like that scene where Kasumi trashes Ranma after he tries
to stop her from making P-chan chops ;)
