Balrog is M. Bison in the japanese.  they called him M. Bison because  in
the orig. SF2 he looked like Mike Tyson. (Mike Tyson, M. Bison? Get it?
sound similar enough.) But they changed the name in america to avoid legal
problems.

Spanish guy wiht the mask) and Mousse..

Can you say yes? Sure you can! Problem is it's not going to happen. The
people who like Mousse are too well hidden and would prefer to stay that
way. Why? A: Because if Mousse won anything it would start a flame war.
