Vega is M. Bison in the american,

who's Balrog?  (that funky boxer guy)

Balrog is M. Bison in the japanese.  they called him M. Bison because  in
the orig. SF2 he looked like Mike Tyson. (Mike Tyson, M. Bison? Get it?
sound similar enough.) But they changed the name in america to avoid legal
problems.

ANd personally, I'd like to see a good fight between Balrog/Vega (the
Spanish guy wiht the mask) and Mousse..
