Hello.

We are organizing a quarterly Ranma Fanfiction poll, to determine the
fans' favorites over the past three months. 

This is not a project that we are taking lightly.  We want this to be
as  much the product of the community at large, rather than the
decisions of a few, and also want it to be as impartial as possible.  To
these ends, we have asked a prominent non-Ranma fanfic writer to count
the votes, and wish for some of the decisions of this poll to be made
with the input of the community at large.

Therefore, we are asking for the following information from the
community.  We want as widespread and equitable a representation as
possible and, to fulfill this goal, would like to know your opinions on
certain matters.  Please respond privately, as the last thing we wish to
generate is a large amount of spam.


1. In what public web areas should we post a link to our home page?  

2. To what newsgroups should we post notifications?

3. Do you have any suggestions by which this poll might be improved?
