As to what -kun is i forget.  But -chan mean like "cute" or you use it when
addressing someone you know very well.  Like a little sister you'd say for
example Jane-Chan.  Chan is something you never use in a formal situation.

-sama is a reference that is much more highly respectful than -san.
Like the way Akari calls Ryouga, "Ryouga-sama", or Kodachi calls
Ranma, "Ranma-sama".
