For anyone who is confused by some references in "Vist to the Devil's
Workshop..." here is a full description of Natsuko. Quite a lot of the
things mentioned here haven't turned up in my resently posted untitled
Ranma story, but they will be revealed in parts which I already have
plotted out. Now I've just to get part 1b finished.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
The figure stood silently within its all concealing cloak. The
slightest hint of burnt sulphur seemed to eminate from it and two
faint glows could be seen inside the hood where its eyes should be.
Although it was not tall it still managed to loom imposingly.

It reached up with pale hands and pulled back the hood of its cloak,
revealing a set of attractive female features. It had short and
straight dark brown hair as well as nut brown eyes. It smiled
apolgetically, displaying a pair of short fangs, then spoke.

"Excuse me, but could you tell where I am? I seem to have gottten
slightly lost..."
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Hibiki Natsuko

Age: 1? years old

Appearance: Dark brown hair with a hint of red visible in it in very
bright light, brown eyes, short fangs. Bears a family resemblance to
Hibiki Ryoga though she will deny it. Her general build is lean,
giving no hint of her true strength.

Personality: Finds her personal honor important and will never break
her given word if any other alternatives are available. She is very
careful about giving her word because of this. Mostly calm, but
there are one or two things which instantly enrage her. A little
sad and lonely at times. Amazingly sane, except where Ryoga is
concerned, roughly Ukyo's normal level. Just don't call her a demon.

Current Occupation: Student and martial artist.

Advantages:

1. She's strong. This isn't just very strong, this is the "Oh my
god she's strong" level. Her puches and kicks are quite capable of
breaking stone or concrete even when she _isn't_ angry.

2. Virtually all demons will react favorably to her presence.
Something about her puts them at their ease and makes them quite
 friendly towards her.

Curses: Natsuko has managed to avoid having a dip in any of the
cursed springs, but she does have her own problems.

1. Due to her strong demonic heritage she seems, under
supernatural scrutiny, to be a demon. This means that people
keep on brandishing crusifixes or slapping wards on her. These may
cause severe injury. Not to her, but to which ever idiot just
 roused her ire.

2. Although she has mostly overcome it and hates the fact Natsuko
is a Hibiki and has some of their navigational prowess. Normally
this just means she needs a good map. If she is preoccupied or not
paying enogh attention though she has a tendancy to inadvertantly
end up in interesting places. Once she deliberately tried to get
lost, let's put it this way. She met lots of her friends this way.
 (See Allies below)

Relationships

Allies:
Demons: For some reason any demon, devil, oni, youma etc which is
short of the Overfiend/Overlord level will either fall in love
with Natsuko or act as if she was were their best friend, despite
the fact that most of the above creatures don't fall in love or
have best friends. This usually causes them to act in a vastly
differently manner towards her than they would otherwise. Natsuko
regularly receives love poems from incubi and has been known to
have a friendly chat to a Youma in the midst of its rampage.

Assosiates:
Tendo Akane: They get on quite well (except where P-chan is
concerned) and the way Akane can pound Ranma interests Natsuko
a lot. Especially if she could get Akane to do the same to Ryoga.

Rivals:
Saotome Ranma: Over who gets to beat up Ryoga ;)

Enemies:
Hibiki Ryoga: It's all his fault. She won't reveal his curse to
anybody because of a promise tricked out of her, but she won't
  help to hide it either.

Priests: It's not her fault, they just keep trying to exorcise her...
