Along the same lines, don't forget:

Ranma and/or Ukyou calling Akane "Acchan" (or something similar)

Akane calling Ukyou "Ucchan"

(These have happened in at least two fics I've seen: I believe one was
"After All This Time"; I forgot what the other was.)
