Cologne is Evil, but a good evil, sorta like Washu or Pearl Forester. 

I disagree on two counts.

One, Washuu isn't evil at all. She just has a bad sense of humor. All
things considered, she works towards the greater good. 

That's why I said sorta. More evil than Washuu, less evil then Forester's
mom.
  

Two, Cologne isn't as evil as she seems. True, she's a cold, calculating
manipulator with her own agenda, but by and large, for my money, she has
held what -she- considers to be the most happy life for Shampoo as her
main goal. From what I've seen, Cologne truly believes that Ranma and
Shampoo would have a wonderfully happy life together, provided
'Son-in-law' would get with the program.

Yay! some one agrees with me. To some extent at least.
 

Pearl Forrester, OTOH, is truly, horribly, and definitively evil, and
not in in the fun and wacky way her son was. I can only hope MST3K gets
better than its Sci-Fi debut... *sigh*

She's evil, and just brushes it off like it was natural. You caught that
part about smothering Dr. F right?
 

In

fact she really hasn't been leaning on Ranma as much as she could. She
plays with him, trains him, but never actually tears into him. It's really
complecated and I try to stay off the topic of "How Evil is Cologne" most
of the time.

You know, this is one of the two Ranma fics which has been plaguing my
subconcious (the other one I won't discuss for a while because it's
flamebait and a half). Maybe I'll sit down tonight and pound out another
one of Cologne's schemes... from Cologne's POV.

About time. Only other thing I read was that shockfic with Cologne
dreaming of what could have been.

Should be entertaining, at least for me.

What am I? Chopped liver? I _want_ to know there are others who don't
think Cologne is the most evil thing since sliced bread.
