As far as I know, he was never cured as the soup increased his strength. I
don't think there is a cure... and I don't think Ranma would *want* it if
there was.

The fast growing hair business wore off at the end of the Dragon's whisker
story in the manga.  Ranma is no longer subject to rapid hair growth past
that point.
