Easy, watch the subtitle and watch as Shampoo can speak very decent
Japanese (in a Kawaii accent mind you..) instead of the broken english Viz

Hmm... I don't know about that... Shampoo's Japanese is rather broken at
times as well, but nowhere near the level of the english version.
Mostly, she just pronounces things in an odd manner, but at other times,
she fails to conjugate verbs correctly, or at all, etc.
