I hope the following can help the writers out there who would like some major
C&C for their stories. If you would and even if you wouldn't, please, by all
means, read on.

First off, let me say that this applies to Ranma fanfics ONLY, seeing as I
don't know squat about other anime series that fanfics are also about. Please
send ONLY Ranma fanfictions.

I would like to offer my services to any of you who would want it. I propose
to start a fanfic review system that will be based solely on what I think.
First of all, before you submit a piece, you must understand that this will 
be my _opinion_ only. No one else but mine, therefore if you get a bad review
you shouldn't go thinking that this is the end of the world or anything,
although I doubt that is the last thing anyone would think.

I would set up the rating system on a scale similar to a school grading scale
with A as the best and F as the worst, although I doubt any would be getting
any F's. Fics I think to be on the line would recieve a + or a - depending on
which end of the scale it was more towards. I would base this 'grade' on the
spelling, grammar, and all around 'worth' of a fic. It would be weighted more
towards the 'enjoyability' of a fanfic, I use this as in content, character
use, etc. As for spelling, grammar, and all around use of the language, the
'grade' would not be weighted so much here.

I would also write a follow-up explanation as to why I decided to grade your
fic the way I did. Take for example this scenario, someone submits a fanfic
which I read and evaluate. This evaluation goes to determine the grade and
then I would write a few paragraphs to explain a little about the story and
then why I graded it the way I did. See the example entry below.

Type: <Fiction Type and/or Flags [Original Flavor, Continuation, Lemon, etc]>
Author: <Full Real Name> (<Author's E-Mail Address>)
Grade: <A+ through F->
Comments:
<I would place the 1-3+ paragraphs about what this story was about, etc and
 why I gave it the grade that I did in this part of it.>

This would encompass an entry.

Ok, how to submit a piece. I'll start off by saying that I _will_ get to any
fiction that is submitted to me and I _will_ do an evaluation entry for any
fanfiction that is sent to me, no matter how long. The way to submit would be
to send the fanfic to fanfic@micron.net with the usual warning flags, if any
exist, such as [LEMON], [DARKFIC], etc... I will not discriminate between any
fics bearing the LEMON warning, or any other warnings for that matter. I see
no reason to, so I won't. Again, _any_ fic sent will be reviewed. All you
have to do is send it to fanfic@micron.net but please make sure you include
the title of the fic somewhere in the message or subject. Also, please add
your real name somewhere in there so that I can put you down and add the
address you would like any and all email to be sent to.
