Hmm.. This isn't a 'company' but rather a 'mailing-list'. 
I suggest that you do a web search or ask a local guru about what
exactly a 'mailing-list' is. 

In short, a mailing list is a 'reflector' that sends any message
it receives to a bunch of people.  This particular mailing-list
is intended for fan-fiction authors and criticism concerning
fan-fiction.
