<Shudder> Yes! Write it. Oh god, the thought of Ranma stuck
with a still-crazy Kodachi sends chills of horror up my spine. I
want to see this fic!

First predictions: Ranma will be doing whatever he can to get
Kodachi to call off their relationship without breaking his
promise, but as he gains more and more insight into her tortured
mind he automatically begins to look out for her and thereby helps
her on the way of recovery.

When does Kodachi learn of his curse? The most effective time
would probably be at a point where Kodachi just begins to form an
actual bond of trust to Ranma (instead of her unhealthy fixation
and ownership delusions). How will she react to the fact that the
man she was just beginning to trust turns out to be the same
person who fought against her to prevent her from getting Ranma in
the first place. Most likely she would withdraw from him and slip
back into her neurotic patterns. Ranma would have to work hard to
save their relationship and thereby her slipping grasp on sanity.

Lots of potential in this. Writewritewrite!
