Actually, it's Mark Latus fanfic 'Crossover', the one which is the prequel
to "GuyverRyoga" (I can't remember the name of it offhand). But it's not
Ranma Kodachi's engaged to -- it's Ryoga. Ryoga meets up with all these
alternate versions of himself, including one who turns into a girl instead
of a pig, a Ryoga engaged to Shampoo, and of course, the one engaged to
Kodachi (I don't want to reveal the rest of the story. It's really good).
The one engaged to Kodachi is indeed incredibly paranoid (well, if you were
dating Kodachi, with her mentally-unbalanced brother siccing Assassin squads
on you, you would be too), and towards the end gets a serious wound. He is
warped back to his own world, where he stumbles to Dr. Tofu's clinic (and
Akane answers the door).

There is a little more at the end of GuyverRyoga as well, where we see Ryoga
laid up and Kodachi by his side. It's a very tender moment, despite the fact
that she is going nuts. I think Mark intended on continuing the story, but
hasn't gotten around to it yet. I for one would also like to see how he and
Nabiki winds up together (yes, the Ryoga who turns into a girl is engaged to
Nabiki) Perhaps if we nudge him a bit...
