Nope, its not.  It's definitely a new one.  Sigh.  Ok, going to check.
Paint it Black by Paul Herring - I think its a Ranma/Kodachi fanfic, the
first part ends with Ranma a very different person, sort of extremely
paranoid, thinking Akane/Genma/etc are out to kill him.  It ends with
Kasumi greeting Kodachi at the front door.  So Ranma's basically insane,
and the author ends with him about to meet Kodachi, the mad gymnist.
Fate?  Destiny?  Sick?  I'm sure.  ^ ^
