Okay, quick quiz for everyone.  The first time in the anime that I've seen
Ranma use the Hiryuu Shouten Ha technique was in the first movie, Big
Trouble in Nekonron, China.  Obviously he learned it before then, and I'm
not all that familiar with the manga.  Has there been a U.S. release of
the anime episode where Ranma learns this technique?

During the "weakness cautery" story, manga volume 13 and Nettouhen episodes
48-50, so still more than a year away for Viz.

Extra Credit:  Ryouga's turn.  The Shichihakoudan, where did he learn it?

Both in the same story, manga volume 20, and late in Nettouhen, past 120 I
think.
