Alright... tomorrow, the flood begins. I'll mail the very final, revised
version of TCP to RAAC. However, what I need is a list of all the people
who want this version so I can include them in the CC field
(two-point-four megs would be murder for the FFML.)

So far I _know_ I'll send it to these people:

Unfortunately, these are the only ones I'm 100% positive want TCP. If
you want it too, then please tell me as soon as possible.
