Side character? Expendable extra? I think Damaramu from Dragon Half would
have to take it. I really don't know why, but he just sort of stands out
as one who doesn't affect the story at all, but is almost as enjoyable as
Mink-chan.

C-Ko! She is by far the most airheaded, obnoxious, immature, little brat
ever drawn. I just got through watching Project A-Ko for the fifth or so
time, and I don't get used to it! The madness never stops! She is
permanently super-deformed (baby mode) and had she been run over by a
truck in the first episode, A-Ko and B-Ko would have gotten along great,
life would have been good, and I wouldn't have had to listen to her
infernal whining for the last couple of hours of my life! ^_^
