D'oh! You are right. I forgot again that above a certain limit
it doesn't *matter* whether you capital is liquid or not because
its very existence gives you top credit rating. :)

Perhaps she's just a honest cop who's not intimidated by the rich
and powerful? :) Or perhaps that's her way of expressing her
frustration about the mystery case? In any case I still see
nothing wrong with her being as grouchy as she is.
