I think I've finally broken out of my writer's block partially.
You can expect a nearly completely new version of "Visiting Nerima"
chapter 2 by the end of this week. Also, I've managed to resolve (I
think) Shiro's abilities for "Insanity": he can focus energy towards his
hands and arms _only_ (no "zap where he gets hit by someone", so other
people do have a chance when they try to fight him), although any 
involuntary discharges through the air tend to shoot out of his head
(highest point on his body--unless he's got his arms/hands raised above
his head). Still, I'm not sure when I'll get around to editing those parts
for "Insanity"--maybe by the end of this week also. My continuation
fic...like I said, don't expect anything from that for a long, long while.
I'm not even sure yet if I want to follow through with it.

	Oh, and I'm going to also use this message as a test message,
since the load on the ML seems suspiciously low. Sending this at 11:23
