Ranma nibunnoichi - Ranma no Hentai!! ...?          [WARNING : Lemon fanfic!]

     Every so often, there's a fic which catches you by surprise. This was
one. And, yes, I knew what to expect. More on that at the bottom, OK?

Due to all that talk about 'gay Ranma 'fics' and stuff, I decided to try my
hand at a yaoi 'fic, a semi-serious one. (And since I got stuck in writing
my other 'fics, this will hopefully fill in a gap of no fics coming from me.)
The 'fics that I've read where Ranma goes after a guy have all had Ranma in
female form. Although they're gay 'fics, because Ranma is a guy, and was
raised as one, and thinks of himself as one (no matter what the body is, and
how long he's stuck in female form), it's just ... like the writers wimped
out on writing true male-male. So I decided to see if I could write a 'real'
male-male one, where the characters are both male in the love scenes.

     I think there might be a few exceptions to that "rule" about onna-Ranma
having sex with a male being "gay fics", well, whatever.

I'm sure a lot of you who usually read my 'fics'll probably be totally grosed
out by this, but it wasn't made to grose people out ... more like to see if
I could write yaoi without blancing like the rest of the 'gay Ranma 'fics'
seemed to have done.

     See above note.

And since I really know smeg all about homosexual stuff, the style is more
romanticised than what it probably is like. (But the, the same goes for all
the rest of my lemons, too!) So, don't laugh too hard if you know all about
that kind of thing - I just read shoujo manga.

     Well, I'm clueless, as I don't read shoujo manga, or usually homosexual
male stories, for that matter.

I haven't sent this to my normal editors, either, because I can only assume
that they'll probably rather not touch this one, even with a ten foot pole!
So there'll probably be heaps of grammar and spelling mistakes, so C&C for
that would come in handy along with C&C for everything else!

     I'll do serious C&C tomorrow, OK?

Ah, well ... now it's off to post my first draft ... and to see what, if any,
reaction occurs on the ML. ^^;

     OK. Reaction: good fic. Actually, very good fic. It's not a top-ten
fic, but that doesn't mean I didn't like it.
     Now, those of you who read my comments about the "gay-Ranma" fics and
might be thinking (or planning to write) that I'm being a hypocrite by
saying I liked this fic.... Well, I'm not, as this wasn't the type of gay
fic I condemned.
     What I condemned was the pointless fics with no explanations. This
(while I didn't particularly like the gay sex scenes), was a work which
made me think: "What if I were in Ranma's place? I hope I would choose the
way he did."
     Like I said, the gay sex scenes didn't particularly interest me, the
rest of the fanfic did. Good job Kun-chan.
