I have yet to see mail condemning these.
And even if there was, so what??
Mistakes help people learn, isn't that one of the main reasons for 
the existance of the FFML??
I'm not impressed by your call for censorship.

You want mail condemning this, here it is.
I've seen too many fanfics go beyond the point of "what if the premise
were slightly different" to "I'm going to write out my sickest ideas with
anime characters then post it to several thousand people."  I'm tired of
it and I don't think that I'm the only one.  If I wanted pervert stories
I'd go to a pervert mailing list.  [Note:  I am *not* referring to fanfics
which imply homosexuality or so on.  I'm talking about things like "The
Surrogate", "A Real Man" or "Revolution 9"...]
