certainly be very suspicious.  She sounds more like Ami Mizuno here.

Even for those people who believe in a "smart" Kasumi, the kind of advice

Kasumi gives is how to act, how to treat people, not this kind of stuff.

	Now if she said, "I once heard Dr. Tofu say..." it might be more
believeable...
