Here's one:
Spring of Drowned person with head-cold.

Spring of Drowned Wet Person.

Spring of Drowned Fish.

     Spring of Drowned Shark from _The Variayah Cycle_ would fall under
that one. And yes, a shark could easily drown in a spring, especially if
the spring was so small it couldn't move freely (or, is that just a
myth--sharks drown if they don't move?). Regardless, being that sharks are
salt-water creatures (except for some oddball brown sharks which swim up
the mississippi river....), it would die in the spring from exploding cells.
