Well, the documentation video "The Making of _Ranko 1/2_" *does*
contain a blooper tape among other things.  Two excerpts:

Well, seeing how this is getting such a favourable response, I've decided that 
this is what I'm going to do.  I'm gonna collect every single blooper that's 
sent to the FFML (including the ones that were sent for the original Ranma 1/2 
series), and when no one has any more bloopers to write, I'm going to compile 
them all into a huge file, and...  well, you get the idea.

At last count, I've got bloopers from "There Goes The Neighbourhood", and 
"Ranko 1/2".  As well as a couple from the original series.  Hope there'll be 
more.
